Customs and Handling Charges when ordering from outside of the UK
If you are ordering from outside of the UK, our website automatically charges prices excluding VAT/sales tax. However, you will be charged sales tax when your order reaches your destination country. You will be charged by the courier company. You may also be charged duty fees and a handling fee by the courier company. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the cost.
If any parcels are returned to us because import charges are higher than expected, we reserve the right to deduct any costs we may incur from your refund.

Spain - Due to courier issues we can't currently ship to customers in Spain. Please check out our stockist page for a registered dealer in your region.
Norway - Due to customs regulations in Norway, customers will need to provide their 11 digit Personal ID number. This is for the shipping agent to clear the item at customs. Customs in Norway will charge VAT on the item using the PID number information. If you do not want to disclose your PID number to us, you can disclose the information to the shipping agent directly.
What is the handling time for my order?
If your product is in stock and your order is paid before 9:00 am (GMT) (excluding weekends and bank holidays), it will be dispatched the same day.
If your product is in stock and your order is paid after 9:00 am (GMT) (excluding weekends and bank holidays), it will be dispatched the next working day.
If your product is on backorder, or it is a customised item. It will be dispatched as soon as it is ready.
Electric scooter orders will be processed in 5 working days.wer
Which courier do you use?
We use Fed-Ex, DHL, Evri and Royal Mail. If you have a specific request, please add a note to your order or contact us.
For Kick-Scooters and Large Accessories: UK- Fedex, International - DHL/Fedex
For Electric Scooters, we send your battery and scooter in separate packages with Fedex or DHL.
Small accessories: UK - Evri or Royal Mail, International - DHL or Royal Mail Tracked
Can I change the delivery date or delivery address?
Please let us know in advance if you require a specific delivery date. We are able to hold your order until you are ready for it. You will be able to track your parcel once the courier has collected it from us using the tracking number supplied.
We are unable to change your delivery address once your order in in transit. However, if there is a mistake we are able to have it returned back to SwiftyHQ and re-send it with amended details.
What is the size and weight of the packed scooter box?
Our scooters are well packed in a sturdy cardboard box. It has a handle and strapping.

How do I know what time the courier will arrive?
Once your order is processed and fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with a unique tracking number. You will be able to track your parcel with the courier’s app or website using this number.
