None of the information below affects your statutory rights. We are an independent UK based company and all contracts for the sale of goods entered into by Swifty Scooters Limited on the website will be subject to the laws of England and Wales.
By registering on this website you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
When acknowledgement of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a “confirmation of order”. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
The cost of delivery is as stated on your order.
We can usually arrange delivery between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. If you are unavailable to take delivery of your order then you can request that our courier leaves it in a safe place or with a neighbour. However, we regret that we can accept no responsibility for subsequent damage that may occur, once the order has been left at the delivery address.
If at a first attempt the courier fails to deliver the order then they will leave a card and it will be up to the recipient to make arrangements to receive the order from them. The courier will try to deliver the order once more free of charge, after this they will charge out at their standard rate, this will be advised by the courier at the time of arranging any subsequent deliveries.
Over the festive period, we’re extending our returns policy, giving you until 14th January 2019 to send back any gifts which might not be quite right. We will offer a full refund or exchange on unused items with all original packaging, return postage is free for customers within the UK. Any returns received after this date will be issued store credit.
Please note the following:
1)If your product is broken or spoiled upon delivery then you must notify us immediately or within 14 days, otherwise, the returns policy becomes invalid.
Carefully inspect and assemble your product as per the instructions. If you notice manufacturer’s defect you must:
1) Notify us immediately or within 30 days of purchase, otherwise, the returns policy becomes invalid.
2) Any defective product or part will be replaced at our cost, upon inspection.You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected items. We advise taking pictures first and discussing with our customer service team.
If you would like to return your product for any other reason, please note:
1) You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods by contacting us via email on – email@example.com
2) You will have responsibility for looking after the items until we collect
3) Complete the return form and submitted in the box, available from – firstname.lastname@example.org
4) Your product must be unused and in original packaging to prevent any further damage
5) The cost of returning your product cannot be refunded
6) If you have paid duty on an item that has been delivered to you but you are now returning to us, you should be able to claim the duty from your local customs office.
7) All refunds under this return policy will be paid within 30 days of you notifying us, providing that the merchandise has been collected by our courier.

Unfortunately from time to time items may become unavailable, we will do our best to minimise this occurrence however if it should happen then we will contact you to suggest an appropriate alternative.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling. Our prices include value-added tax, and duty unless otherwise specified. Any delivery charges are additional. We accept payment by Access, Delta, Mastercard, Solo, Switch/Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron.
We utilise secure servers and secure socket layer technology for the transfer of credit card details, we will continue to implement the latest technology as it becomes available to guarantee our customers peace of mind and safe shopping. There are also security measures in place to protect our customer database and access to it is restricted within the company.
We can appreciate the frustration of unsolicited mail, so under no circumstances will we pass on any of our valued client’s details without their permission to any third parties. All information is processed in accordance with local law.
