If you are ordering from outside of the UK, our website automatically charges prices excluding VAT/sales tax. However, you will be charged sales tax when your order reaches your destination country. You will be charged by the courier company. You may also be charged duty fees and a handling fee by the courier company. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the cost.
If any parcels are returned to us because import charges are higher than expected, we reserve the right to deduct any costs we may incur from your refund.
Various shipping options are available, including international delivery. Orders are typically processed before midday. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.
We offer a no-hassle returns policy to any unused product with intact original packaging. For full-priced items, you have 30 days to contact us. For items bought during a sale, you have 14 days to contact us. You will need to provide proof of purchase. In these circumstances, you will be eligible for a full refund.
You will be eligible for a full refund of the cost of the product if you return your item unused with all original packaging intact. If you are returning your product from a country outside of the UK, you may have to cover the cost of the shipping charges.

RIDER SAFETY
Certified as a Powered Transporter PLEV the G500 is equipped with multiple safety features. The stable geometry, 16-inch wheels and dual suspension ensure a flowy and safe ride, while equipped with lights, indicators and disk brakes. Wearing a cycle helmet is strongly advised. Please check your local e-scooter rules as rules vary in each region.
BATTERY SAFETY
Leading the way in battery safety, the Swifty GO is the only electric scooter equipped with an LFP battery (Lithium Ferro Phosphate). LFP is not prone to thermal runaway, making the Swifty GO battery one of the safest on the market. The 36V dual LFP battery powers a 500W motor providing 25 miles of range, costing you an astonishing £0.006 per mile.
HARDWORKING UTILITY
Customise your ride to meet your needs. Share the load and utilise the front and rear pannier racks which provide 20kg of cargo capacity. The front pannier is ideal for a laptop bag or rucksack, while the rear pannier can hold 7.5 litre bags on each side for groceries, your lock and any waterproofs!
