What age are Swifty’s kid's scooters suitable for?
Our kid's scooters have been designed for children between the ages of 7-12 years old, with the minimum height being 3'11 and the maximum height being 4'11. The adjustable handlebars allow your children's scooter to grow with them. Our kid's scooters have been designed to be safe and sturdy, with 12-inch pneumatic wheels to reduce the risk of accidents and a quality frame to take on the most adventurous family outings.
Can I customise a scooter for my teenager?
Yes, we offer customisations on all of our scooters, including our kid's scooters. Take a look at our customisation page for some of the colours we have previously done, or feel free to get in touch to see if your teen's dream scooter design is possible! We also offer customisations on our kid's scooters previously bought; therefore, if you are looking to spruce up your loved one’s ride, you can simply send your scooter back to us to be modified. As for additional personalisations such as bells and boosters, these are not included with our kid’s scooters and therefore will need to be purchased separately.
How can I keep my children's scooters safe?
Our kids' scooters can be kept safe by locking them away at night and, when necessary, locking them up with one of our portable locks. Our children's scooters have 12-inch pneumatic wheels, making them ideal for unrestricted gliding across different terrains while also ensuring the tyres are resistant to any unexpected holes in the pavement. They also feature integrated mudguards to prevent the vehicle from getting damaged. It is important to keep in mind that our kid's scooters do not come with a pump for your tyres, which will need to be purchased separately.
